We weren't interested in making something that "works for now." We wanted a future-proof design we'd use ourselves for decades and never look back on wishing we'd changed anything.
EN10204-3.1 certified alloy (cert MT20250806534). Tensile strength 221 MPa, yield 172 MPa, elongation 14%. Welded and bolted construction — will not deform under rated load.
E1-grade high-density plywood base (bending strength 49.9 MPa), coated with FKM fluoroelastomer rubber, compound 70611. Shore A 70, tear strength 24 KN/m. Resists oil, coolant, cutting fluids and temperatures down to −30°C.
Four spring-loaded braces deploy automatically on unfold. Each has a mechanical lock with audible click engagement — will not release unless intentionally triggered. Zero accidental collapse under any load configuration.
XYD-03A-100-221 PP/PU wheels, Ø100 mm, Shore 82. Rated 120 kg each — all four lockable via foot pedal. Load-travel tested: 120 kg at 4 km/h over 7 km, zero failure. Cert dated 2025-11-10.
One-person carry via ergonomic handle. Side-roll on folded position for effortless movement. Compact shipping: 76 × 18 × 132 cm box, 23 kg. No tools required for any operation.
Expands from 120 cm to 190 cm. Working depth 74 cm, height 83 cm. Folds to just 10 cm thin — fits in a van, behind a shelf, or against any wall.

The compact, lighter version of the Model A. Fixed-width top — no telescopic extension. Same maritime-grade aluminium frame and FKM rubber surface. At just 15 kg, it's the most portable option in the lineup. Ideal for mobile operations and space-constrained environments.
